Private calendar availability

Using the connector

Terms of use

Private calendar availability provides scheduling assistance for its owner and invited users.

Effective November 1, 2026

Intended use

Use the connector only with the operator's invitation and a Google account you are authorized to connect. Each account owner authorizes Google's busy-time permission. Enrollment and configuration are arranged privately with the operator.

Scheduling assistance and its limits

The connector displays calendar busy periods and can help prevent conflicting bookings when the operator enables that behavior. Displayed availability is not a guarantee that a time is available or that a booking has been made.

Review the connection-health and freshness indicators before relying on availability. Calendar changes, revoked access, failed refreshes and service interruptions can affect the information shown. The connector does not replace the operator's review of scheduling decisions.

Control and disconnection

You may revoke access at any time in Google Account connections. Contact the operator who invited you to disable the connection in the private system and remove its private credential file.

See the privacy policy for information about temporary busy snapshots, retained connection metadata and internal scheduling review references.

Support

Contact your inviting operator for connection or scheduling questions. The Google authorization screen also identifies the app's support contact.
